Dear APA Members:

Southeast Florida members of the American Payroll Association are working to establish a local chapter in South Florida. All area members of the American Payroll Association, as well as Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, and Financial Professionals, are welcome to join.

Topics on the first meeting’s agenda will include identifying several volunteer leadership roles:

· Attorney for Legal Matters
· Accountant for Tax/Accounting matters
· Social Media coordinator to assist in Website maintenance and other social media venues
· Marketing and Events person
· Other Committee coordinators and responsibilities

Organizational topics such as membership fees, meeting frequencies, locations, and APA offerings will also be discussed.

This is an excellent opportunity for attendees to be involved in decisions that will define the local chapter.
